What is your favorite workout and why?
Anything involving squatting. Squatting is great way to build a strong core and legs. Squats mimic acts of daily living. No matter what your health and fitness goals are, squats or squat variations should be a part of your exercise regimen.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
I lost 70 pounds seven years ago. I’ve managed to keep the majority of the weight off, but more importantly, made healthy eating and exercise a habits that will last a lifetime!
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
Be a better me than I was yesterday.
What do you do on your rest days?
I enjoy walking or biking with my girlfriend and our dog.
