What is your favorite workout and why?
Circuits are my favorite because they are fast-paced and get many muscle groups activated and working hard. Plus, the variety of exercises makes it more fun!
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
Major weight loss and maintenance over five years.
What is your biggest athletic goal?
Muscle toning and definition.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
Obtaining my Precision Nutrition Certification.
What do you do on your rest days?
Hiking, biking, kayaking, traveling, continuing my education and taking my young grandkids out on adventures.
