What is your favorite workout and why?
My favorite workout is High Intensity Interval Training because I enjoy having my heart work at maximum effort.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
I was a dancer for 13 years so I mostly used my arms for pirouettes and keeping balance, until I started lifting weights. Making my greatest fitness accomplishment was building the strength in my arms so that I could do push-ups and basketball throws.
What is your biggest athletic goal?
I want to hike the Appalachian Trail.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
I want to start practicing “zero waste” and begin composting. The less garbage in our ecosystem the better and healthier we all can be.
What do you do on your rest days?
I practice more meditation on my rest days.
