Learn More About Will

What is your favorite workout and why?
I love an intense boot camp class! There is nothing quite like flipping a giant tire across the gym to challenge my fitness levels. Boot camp is also a great way to meet people and introduce exciting ways to exercise.

What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
Discovering the importance of incorporating compassion into people’s fitness journeys. As a member of the LGBT community and a person in recovery, I can appreciate that each person has their unique struggles and each person will approach fitness differently. My own fitness accomplishments have taught me to create exercise programs that meet clients where they are physically and emotionally.

What is your biggest athletic goal?
I am currently working on my 200-hour yoga certification and learning how to rock climb.

What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
I believe exercising your brain is just as important as the work that is done inside the gym. Finding new educational goals helps me stay mentally fit to challenge myself physically in the gym.

What do you do on your rest days?
I love to start and end my rest days with yoga. I typically have at least two or three books checked out from the library. I volunteer for a pet rescue organization and take naps. I love naps!
