I Love it Here: YWCA Early Children Education

Mercedes Wade has two children enrolled in our Early Childhood Education program at Hubbs Center for Lifelong Learning. In the Q&A below, Mercedes describes her experience with YWCA.My children are enrolled at YWCA’s Children’s Center at Hubbs Center for Lifelong Learning. I was initially drawn to the Hubbs center because it was in my neighborhood, making it convenient, working out perfectly for me.

What has your experience been like with our program? What are the best parts of the ECE program and why?

My experience at YWCA Hubbs Center has been great! For me, the best part of the center is that staff makes you feel like a family. I love it here!

How have you seen your children grow over the years since first enrolling at YWCA?

I have seen my daughter grow through many milestones while enrolled in YWCA at Hubbs. Since she's been enrolled in the Early Childhood Education program, she's learned to walk, talk and become potty trained!
