Taking Up Space in STEM

For six weeks this summer, Eureka! participants weren't just visiting a college campus, they were doing the work of scientists.

Through a new partnership with St. Catherine University, participants chose chemistry, biology or physics tracks and learned alongside undergraduate and graduate students before presenting their own final projects.

The pilot gave Eurekans an opportunity to experience STEM in a college environment, and see themselves belonging there.
