Help Foster a Life-Long Love of Learning

Donate Books to YWCA Minneapolis Early Childhood Education Centers

Early Literacy Builds Bright Futures

At YWCA Minneapolis, we provide childcare and early learning for infants, toddlers and preschoolers at five Twin Cities Locations. Storytime is a cherished part of every day, helping children build crucial literacy skills and a love of reading.

Each of our centers has a library, and you can help keep those shelves full! By donating books, you are directly supporting young learners as they grow, imagine and discover new worlds.

How to Donate:

Bring new or gently used books to the front desk at YWCA Midtown.

What to Donate:

We’ve created suggested book lists that reflect our mission, curriculum and classroom themes. These lists are a helpful guide, but feel free to donate other age-appropriate children’s books as well.
