Cheryl Bethune

Cheryl is an experienced and internationally savvy executive and board advisor best known for defining strategies and leading organizations that align talent and capabilities to deliver results. Drawing on her deep expertise in global markets and extensive human resources leadership, Cheryl has a history of leading award-winning multicultural teams. She is a catalyst for transforming organizations for profitable growth. 

Cheryl currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bio-Techne Corporation. Before her current role, she spent over 20 years at General Mills, Inc., where she led and developed human resources strategies across the U.S., Asia, Latin America and Europe. Before changing her focus to human resources, Cheryl held various engineering and manufacturing roles at The Procter & Gamble Company.

Cheryl is a dedicated and passionate advocate for the health, well-being and education of underprivileged children. She has served on several local Boards and organizations, including the Washburn Center for Children, Lundstrum Performing Arts and The Links, Incorporated.  

She resides in Edina with her husband, Timothy, and they are parents to four wonderful children, Kilan, Lindsey, Timothy and Sydney.
