Cheryl Winston

Cheryl Winston has had a thirty-year career as an engineer and a sales executive. Cheryl is currently responsible for the Health and Baby businesses at Target for brands like Tylenol, Zyrtec, Band-Aid and Listerine.

Winston’s sales experience spans the chemical and the consumer packaged goods industries at companies including Rohm and Haas (Now Dow Chemical), PepsiCo, SC Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, Johnson and Johnson, and Kenvue. 

Winston is a mother to a twenty-four-year-old daughter and a sixteen-year-old son. She has been married for twenty-six years to her husband, Kevin. 

As a recent sudden cardiac arrest survivor, Cheryl is passionate about promoting heart health, especially in underserved communities. Additionally, she is an ordained Deacon at her church. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from M.I.T. and an Executive MBA from Villanova University.
