Microaggressions and Bias 101 Workshop
What does it mean to have bias? Are biases good or bad? Where does bias come from? This workshop helps individuals understand how and why biases form. Then we will talk about the impact biases have in our decision-making and how to respond to microaggressions that may occur in our everyday lives.
