Ebony Wyatt

Vice President Sales, Strategy & Strategic Initiatives at General Mills

Ebony Wyatt is the Vice President North America Retail and Sales Strategic Initiatives and has been with General Mills for 22 years. Prior to this role, Ebony led sales for Regional Grocery and has previously led teams serving Target and Walmart for General Mills. Ebony’s experience in sales encompasses category management and shopper insights, as well as direct sales leadership and leading large, geographically dispersed teams. ​

In addition to her sales leadership, Ebony is a staunch advocate for creating equitable workplaces and communities. Ebony is a past president of the General Mills Black Champions Network and served as the 2021 chair of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast, raising nearly half a million dollars for UNCF scholarships. She has been recognized by her alma mater, the University of Arkansas, as a Young Alumni Award recipient, a Silas Hunt Young Pioneer and as an Inclusive Excellence Champion.

In 2022, Ebony was recognized as the national recipient of the Bobbie O'Hare Impact Award from NextUp. She is an active leader and mentor within the General Mills’ Black Champions Network and serves as the Betty’s Family Network sales group advisor. In 2023, Twin Cities Business Journal named Ebony one of the Top 100 leaders. ​

Ebony is also an active and passionate leader in the community. She is on the board of directors for the University of Arkansas Alumni Society. She is the founder of the Multicultural Mommas Group of Northwest Arkansas, which focuses on connecting mothers who are new to the area and providing support for multicultural families living in the area. ​

In her free time, Ebony enjoys public speaking and workshop facilitation. She is married and is the mother of three children.
