Endurance Training to Reach Your Goals

YWCA Endurance Sports Coaching offers training in triathlon, swimming, biking, running and adventures of all kinds. These are not just activities for health and fitness, but part of a positive and enjoyable lifestyle. YWCA Minneapolis Endurance Sports coaches here to support you, whatever your fitness level, whatever your goal.

Training Classes

Need some support? Just learning to Tri? We’ve got you covered with our outdoor tri training classes. We’ll be managing the safety of participants with safety precautions.

We’re also offering a virtual Triathlon Talk Series every Monday at 11:00 am starting July 6. An experienced coach will break down each component of a triathlon in a five-part live series. This series is perfect for those new to triathlon and experienced triathletes looking for a refresher!

Premium Endurance Sports Coaching Package

This package offers the highest level of support and customization. You will be supported through weekly communication, workout tracking, training plan updates and coaching sessions. Your coach can also use KORR metabolic testing.

  • 60-minute consultation session
  • Three-month individualized training plan
  • KORR metabolic testing
  • Weekly 30-minute coach feedback sessions
  • Three 60-minute skills-focused coaching sessions
  • Training Peaks workout log account

Basic Endurance Sports Coaching Package

This package includes a plan customized for you, along with the accountability, feedback and support that come from biweekly communication with a coach.

  • Bi-monthly 30-minute coach feedback sessions
  • One skills-focused coaching session
  • Training Peaks workout log account

Individualized Training Plan

This is a great, cost-effective option if you have a race or goal in mind and want a consultation with a knowledgeable coach and a customized plan to get you there.
