Our fourth annual Empower Possible event is an opportunity to celebrate and support our mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.
We will present our Woman of Power and Kate Berman Leadership Awards during the event.
For over 130 years, we have inspired our community to envision what’s possible and offered the tools and resources to achieve it. Through racial justice training and advocacy, early learning, youth development and wellness programs, we empower what’s possible. Let’s build a bold, bright future together.

Each year at our Empower Possible event, we present the Woman of Power and Kate Berman Leadership Awards to honor women from the private and public sectors across the Twin Cities who have demonstrated commitment, enthusiasm and support for our mission.

Empower Possible is our signature fundraiser—an inspiring evening that supports life-changing programs to eliminate racism and empower women and girls in our community.
Every year, we deliver innovative programs and passionate advocacy in racial justice, education and wellness, creating a positive impact on the lives of over 15,000 people in our community.
