Gina Graves is vice president, business office at YWCA Minneapolis. In this role, she provides strategic financial leadership and stewardship, ensuring the organization’s fiscal health, transparency and compliance. Gina oversees financial reporting, operational analysis and tax filings, supporting YWCA Minneapolis in delivering on its mission. 

She joined YWCA Minneapolis after 21 years at Be The Match, where she held leadership roles in finance and accounting and helped launch and implement the organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. 

An avid cyclist and former triathlete and endurance runner, Gina brings the same focus and determination to her work as she does to athletics. She is passionate about advancing YWCA Minneapolis’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women and girls. 

Outside of work, Gina enjoys travel, great food and time with family and friends. She is also on a personal quest to visit all Major League Baseball stadiums across the U.S. with her nephew.
