In-Person Group Fitness

Group fitness classes provide opportunities to train your body, learn new skills and engage with members of your community — all at once! These courses cover a wide range of activities and fitness levels, which allow you to choose the best experience for your interests and health goals.

As you return to in-person group fitness classes, we want you to feel confident about your experience with us.

  • Advanced reservation for in-person class is required.
  • In-person classes are capped at 10 students. If you can’t attend, please cancel your reservation to open up the space for someone else.
  • Use provided hand sanitizer before and after class.
  • Please provide your own personal mat and water bottle.
  • When used, props will be thoroughly disinfected before and after class to help stop the spread of germs. Please only use provided props and do not share props with others.
  • Social distancing will be respected in all classes, indoor and outdoor.
  • Masks are required in all classes.

YWCA Live! Virtual Classes

Our group fitness classes have moved into the virtual world with YWCA Live! Join us for everything from Yoga to Fitness Barre, HIIT, INSANITY and more. We bring you a variety of your favorite classes taught by our certified group fitness instructors. You’ll need to reserve a spot in the class of your choice.
