I will put together a sequence with your physical (balance, maintaining mobility, strength, relaxation, etc.) and emotional (tension release, peace, slowing or focusing, etc.) goals in mind. We’ll practice together and I’ll offer feedback and variations along the way to help your practice meet your body where it is that day. Your sequence will evolve each session as we learn, and you’ll take a copy with you each time we meet to review and practice on your own (if you wish).
