Linda Domholt, Chief Development Officer

Linda Domholt brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience to her role, with a deep commitment to advancing equity for women, children and families impacted by poverty, trauma and systemic barriers.

Before joining YWCA Minneapolis, Linda served as Vice President of Advancement at Groves Learning Organization, where she led a $26 million capital campaign and helped secure more than $22 million to expand literacy access across Minnesota. Previously, as Vice President of Development at Perspectives, Inc., she worked to support families healing from homelessness, addiction and mental health challenges. This experience reinforced her belief in holistic, trauma-informed, family-centered solutions.

Linda is passionate about building partnerships that fuel lasting change. She brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to fundraising, grounded in data, empathy and a deep respect for community voice. She is proud to contribute to YWCA Minneapolis’ mission to eliminate racism and empower women.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys golfing, boating, and biking, especially during weekends at her family’s cabin in Brainerd with her wife, children, and grandchildren.
