Minya Nance

Minya Nance is the CEO and founder of Culture Core, a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations build or rebuild intentional, inclusive cultures rooted in trust, alignment and purpose.

For over two decades, Minya partnered with mission-driven leaders across sectors to transform organizational culture and strengthen employee engagement. Her work blends strategy, storytelling and co-creation to turn values into action.

Before launching Culture Core, she served as assistant dean at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she led innovative efforts to redesign the student experience.
