Shelley Sánchez

Shelley Sánchez is a business strategist, innovator, award-winning leader and volunteer who is passionate about helping individuals and organizations tap into their creative potential.

For over 25 years, Ms. Sánchez held senior leadership roles in the healthcare industry in product development, strategy, business development, training, sales and operations in start-up companies to Fortune 500 organizations. She has her own strategic consulting, coaching and speaking business and has been described as “a mover, a shaker and a carpe diem maker!”

Sánchez earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and Spanish from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, and has completed numerous executive leadership courses through the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, including a Mini MBA in Healthcare Management.

She can also be found on stage laughing until her sides hurt doing improv or behind the microphone recording for the podcast she co-hosts, “Glitter, Grit, and Growth”.

Sánchez currently resides in Savage, but as a lifelong explorer, she is happiest traveling the world on standby adventures with her husband, a pilot from Spain, and their two kids.
