VIP Race Experience

Looking for the ultimate race day? Our VIP Race Experience offers comfort, convenience and flexibility—all while supporting YWCA Minneapolis’s mission.

There are two ways to unlock VIP status:

Whether you choose to pay it forward or rally your community, your contribution directly supports YWCA’s programs focusing on children, teens and wellness.

In return, we’re proud to offer a premium race experience that makes your day easier, more comfortable and more fun from start to finish.

VIP Racer Perks

To thank you for your support, we are proud to provide a top-notch race experience, including:

  • Skip the lines with VIP service at packet pickup, chip pickup and bag check.  

  • Check your own bag! Standard racers must place their items in a clear drawstring bag for bag check. VIPs can check their own backpacks or gear bags after security screening.  

  • Access a luxury trailer bathroom with running water and air conditioning. This bathroom will be available only to VIPs, management and parents with children ages two and under.  

  • Streamline your pre-race setup. As a VIP, you have the option to bring your bike on Saturday and store it in our secure trailer. You can also choose free race day packet pick up - usually $25. You also get to reserve your preferred spot on the transition rack.   

  • Choose when to start your race! Skip waiting on the beach and go first. Or you can choose to start with a friend in your age group, rather than being last in the buddy groups.  

  • Enjoy post-race comforts—rinse off and change in our camping-style shower tents, borrow a camp chair to bask in your accomplishment and enjoy the gratitude ceremony.
