Something for EveryBODY Sampler Class
Many of us set health and well-being goals in the new year — and sticking with them is easier when you’re not doing it alone. That’s where group fitness comes in. If you’ve never tried a group fitness class (or want a low-pressure way to explore new options), join us for our Something for EveryBODY Sampler Class on Tuesday, Jan. 13.
Instead of our regular evening classes, we’ll offer several rounds of 20-minute sampler classes, with three class options per time slot. You can move at your own pace and try any class that interests you. Pick and choose any of the options - no registration is required!

We hope the sampler class helps you feel more confident trying group fitness. If you’re ready to keep going, we’ve made the next step easy.
For the two weeks following the sampler, we’ll highlight one beginner-friendly class each day. Instructors will take extra time to explain equipment and movements, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable in class.
Our goal is to help you build confidence, find classes you enjoy and feel supported every step of the way.

If you attend four sampler or beginner-friendly classes, you’ll win four free guest passes! You’ll also enter a drawing for a free month of membership or parking. Pick up your passport at the front desk.
