Winter Cycling Series: Endurance Rides and Bike to the Movies
Minnesota winters can make it tough to stay active outdoors — especially for cyclists. We’ve got you covered! Your fitness membership includes all group fitness classes, and we’re pumped to introduce a winter cycling series designed to keep your legs churning and your spirits high all season long.
Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself with a high-energy Endurance Ride or enjoy a more relaxed Cycle to the Movies session (complete with light snacks and a shared movie experience!), there’s something for every rider.
Series Details:
When: One Saturday each month, November 2025-March 2026
Where: YWCA Midtown
Cost: Included with all fitness memberships
What to Bring: Water bottle, sweat towels, padded bicycle shorts recommended

What are Endurance Rides?
High-energy, instructor-led rides that build cardiovascular strength and muscular endurance. Expect rolling hills, sprints and steady climbs. You’ll sweat, work hard and feel great.
What is Cycle to the Movies?
A steady, moderate-paced ride set to a feature film. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, light snacks and the chance to pedal alongside your fellow members.
