YWCA Midtown Member Appreciation Week
We are so thankful for all the members who move our mission. We’re hosting Member Appreciation Week from April 20-26 to show our gratitude. We’ll have giveaways, raffles, trivia and treats throughout the week. You can also bring a guest for free, but please note that usual guest pass policies still apply.
If you’ve never participated in a group fitness class, this is a great time to try. Group fitness classes will have fun themes throughout the week!
Daily Activities
Monday, April 20
First 50 members to come in receive a YWCA-branded item, starting at 5:30 am.
Tuesday, April 21
Sparking bar, 4-8 pm at the second-floor fitness desk.
Wednesday, April 22
Free Balance and Fall Prevention presentation by Empower Physical Therapy
Thursday, April 23
Family Night in the gym, 4-8 pm. Enjoy popcorn, snacks, bounce house, parachute games, sack races and a coloring table!
Friday, April 24
First 50 members to come in receive a YWCA-branded item, starting at 5 pm.
Sunday April 26
